Non-Hosting & Content Delivery Architecture

Arivers does NOT host, index, or store any video, image, or media files on its servers.

When a user submits an Instagram link, Arivers acts purely as an ephemeral protocol client that parses publicly available OpenGraph tags and CDN URLs provided by Instagram's public edge nodes. All media bytes are transferred directly from Instagram's content delivery network (CDN) to the user's browser without ever being retained on our infrastructure.

Fair Use Doctrine (17 U.S. Code § 107)

Under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976 and international fair-use frameworks, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

Users who employ Arivers to analyze compression formats, review video frame rates, or archive publicly broadcast creative content for personal study fall within these recognized fair use guidelines.
